How to Take Head Measurements?

Here are the detailed instructions according to the Filistrucchi experience!

The first indispensable measure is the circumference of the head. It is measured from the upper face of the forehead, passing behind and ears coming to the lower part of the head as you can see from the "Head Circumference" photograph.
