INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
WHY THIS NOTICE
This information is prepared and updated by the operator of the websites and owner of the processing of personal data connected to them. The data controller is FILISTRUCCHI SNC Via Giuseppe Verdi 9 - 50122 Florence, tel +39 0552344901 - VAT and C.F. 03399150485 - infofilistrucchi.com. The person in charge of the processing is Mr. Gherardo who you can contact at the addresses mentioned in this point.
WHO WE ARE
Filistrucchi is in synthesis an artisanal workshop for the production, rental and sale of wigs, toupees, beards, mustaches and the like, as well as cosmetics for theater, cinema, all sectors of entertainment, fashion and for everyday life. The collection, processing and dissemination of personal data are not in our scope. We make use of external services that provide us with statistics on site usage and sales trends, but these are anonymous data.
WHAT ARE THE PERSONAL DATA
Personal data means any information that allows the identification of a person, such as e-mail address, date of birth, password and payment data.
Data that are rendered anonymous are not considered personal, that is, deprived of the characteristics necessary to identify a particular subject. These are data useful for statistical purposes, such as the number of purchases of a specific asset, that of visits or the period of stay both within the site and on a particular page, not linked to an identity.
Among the personal data, some are less understandable than others. If the phone number or home address is clear to anyone, the IP address, which is among the data collected by most sites, it is difficult to understand for a profane. In reality it is something extremely easy, if explained in a non-technical way. An IP address is a number that identifies a particular system (phone, tablet, computer, but also boiler, vacuum cleaner, air conditioner ...) on the internet and allows this system to interact with others (visit a page, interface phone with air conditioner. ..). It has more or less the value of a home address, but instead of having a name and a house number, it has a series of numbers separated by dots (10.0.0.10, or 192.168.1.254 ...)
With this system are also identified sites, which are also reachable through their ip (for example go to this ip address: 126.96.36.199 is equivalent to go to the site www.rai.it). There is an automatic and invisible service that converts names like www.rai.it into their respective numerical address (this system is called DNS).
This number obviously identifies a telephone line or any other system of connection to the network, and is an objectively necessary data: any action we perform on the internet must come from an address that the internet recognizes.
In the case of common users (home, office, shop ...) this number does not correspond that rarely to a type name www.james.brown.com, which is usually a paid service. Although it is a truly identifying number, the association with name and surname, city and street is not public.
Only the service providing the connection (ISP) is able to associate that number with a person: the holder of the telephone line. Consequently, only the competent authorities can obtain from the manager the real identity of the person who at that time was associated with that IP address.
